I am expecting the progress of joining peace-loving partners, so japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida represented from 1st constituency of Hiroshima.

 Republic of Seychelles ratified the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on 9 July as the 55th honorable nation. Nuclear weapons are illegal now, but it does not mean an end of the movement. Rather the beginning of the end, a world without nuclear weapons.

      My mentor said: "our ability to respect others is the true mark of our humanity. Respect for other people is the essence of human rights.".  I think that human rights are essential for us, but it happens that one sometimes disturbs the rights of another person to get one's desires. We judge such cases in law generally, but the law is effective within countries. 

     If a country is criminal, how can we do? If several criminal countries come together, how can we do?  In such a case, we have to unite with countries that share the same value systems and comply with international law. I think that It should be the United Nations, and U. N. resolutions can be cosmopolitan law.

 We know that war brings many evils.

In the novel of The human revolution, my mentor stated as follows: "Nothing is more barbarous than war. Nothing is more cruel.”.

Moreover, in his next novel of The New Human Revolution, he described essentials for us as follows: “Nothing is more precious than peace. Nothing brings more happiness. Peace is the most basic starting point for the advancement of humankind.”.

 Those are necessary essence of our survival, but we have always faced severe and regrettable reality.

Although, we never give up getting world peace and unify the human race. 

We know that war causes by ourselves and within our lives. Namely, we already know all the solutions to war.

 Killer robots have killed us in the world of The Terminator, but that has been the movie of Science Fiction. However, our talent which can select the way to extinction spontaneously is great as unbelievable, because such world becomes real immediately. I seem to praise the historic achievement and clever talents heartily.

Three religious groups expressed a proposal "A PLEA FOR PRESERVING OUR SHARED HUMANITY" on the occasion of the first International Day of Human Fraternity, Feb 4. See the proposal from here (pdf).

They said "An urgent and firm rejection of the development of fully autonomous weapons is essential to preserving our shared humanity." on their proposal. We have such wisdom amazingly other than destructive talents, as mentioned above. I can take hope against the future by the wisdom.

 Two nations ratified the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on 22 January.

According to the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), the Philippines has become the 53rd country to ratify the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, which entered into force on 22 January. President Rodrigo Duterte hailed the ratification as a milestone and reiterated his country’s commitment to work with others to achieve a nuclear-weapon-free world for “peace, security, and the survival of all humanity”.

Furthermore, Comoros has become the 54th country to ratify the TPNW, which entered into force on 22 January. It deposited its instrument of ratification with the UN secretary-general on 19 February 2021, following the approval by its parliament in December 2020.

How many proposals are there? Anyway, It is a way that you read from the past proposals, but it is not worst that you retrogradely read more those, starting to read from this year.   The first of the beginning of this decade had two big events. Of course, there are the inauguration speech of president Biden on January 20 and the entry into force of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on January 22, 2021. 
I think whatever may relate between two events. The president said that Democracy and hope, truth and justice, did not die on our watch but thrive on his speech. 
We must achieve these targets for us or the earth during the decade. The first step was ratifying the TPNW. This one step is even the great step of world peace for our survivals. 
Advance toward humanitarian competition from the expansion of armaments again today! Advance toward our victory of humanistic transformation day after day.
Congratulation! Cambodia ratified the TPNW at 52nd country on 22 January 2021.

 ICAN (International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons) said about three News recently. They plan the first celebrations for the big day (January 22, 2021). Niger signed the UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons as the 86th country. Benin has become the 51st country to ratify the treaty.

Thursday, 5 Nobember, 2020. COVAX Facility

 As you have already known that Japan participated in COVAX Facility on September 21, and the participation had spurred forward growing international support of the Vaccine Alliance.

Moreover, Komeito has been among the strongest political proponents of the initiative in Japan(referred from the News, a party of komeito on September 27). The contribution to humankind by Komeito has based on their political philosophy and was like the action as they are.

So after this, I decided that I have more supported them, the party of komeito.

I have the worry which we can keep the peace or not now. Why do I worry about that?  Because wisdom is saying: "Peace is not simply a matter of living a quiet, detached or carefree life. Peace exists in action - courageously, nonviolently fighting against the injustice that makes people suffer. It is only in such action that we find peace. When the majority of people lose the will to resist injustice and become indifferent and apathetic, it may be said that society starts to tilt in the direction of war." According to the conveying from SGM Peace Activity, both country, Jamaica and Nauru has ratified the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
ICAN states the following that "Just one more! Today Jamaica and Nauru ratified the UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, meaning we are just one shy of the necessary ratifications for entry into force.
This is such an exciting moment because we know that last ratification is just around the corner. Who will it be? Congratulations to all the countries that have led the way to getting us to where we are today.
Before too long, nuclear weapons will be banned under international law! We hope you’re getting ready, we can hardly wait!".
By the way, it is definite themselves on their HP that ICAN is the international campaign to stigmatise, prohibit & eliminate nuclear weapons.

International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons said yesterday: “Congratulations, Tuvalu! This Pacific island nation just became the 47th to ratify the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. Only three more ratifications are now needed to bring the nuclearban treaty into force.”. Only three are left behind humankind now, but I believe that the number of three is an emblem and proof of our wisdom. If I have the power of determination of ratification, I will ratify that soon with determination for honor as a human being.

International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons conveys us to "Another urgent example of why the world needs the nuclear ban treaty!" on their Facebook. The urgent matter is "Over the weekend, North Korea unveiled new long-range ballistic missiles, reminding the world that the threat of nuclear weapons continues to loom large and that the nine nuclear armed states - not just North Korea - are willing to keep diverting billions into this dangerous arms race instead of investing their people's needs and real security.".

These countries dominate not only domestic human beings but further try to obey all humankind by the power of violence globally. They want to jam us all into the four evil worlds.

      Today is the International Day of Peace. Honorable Malaysia ratified the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on September 30, and there are four countries left as a result. On the other hand, any shameless country does not even sign yet.

Jyosei Toda stated that "We, the people of the world, have the right to live. Those who threaten that right are demons, Satan, and monsters" in the Anti-Nuclear Declaration, which was made by my mentor on September 8 in 1957, as you know already because that is famous. Therefore, I have thought that Nuclear weapons are an absolute evil.

Everyone has doubted once time why human being wars. When you were young, you could not find out an answer as I did so. But now, you have known the reason clearly as I know. 

The truth is that we like a war, and that is regrettable for everyone really. But we know the cruelty and misery of war well, so we do not want to live in such a war world. 

How do we?

Anyway, I think that we should ratify the Treaty on the "Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons" at first. 

As a basis of that, we should try to work on solutions to various problems.

Even if the way to the warless world is far, we are not pessimistic, and we have no problem because the future of humanity involves hopeful courage as the youth is.
